New 95-Room Fairfield Inn & Suites Coming to Lebanon

A Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott is planned for the Gateway Marketplace development near State Road 32 and I-65 in Lebanon.

The hotel will include 95 guest rooms and suites and will be located along the city’s primary interstate commercial corridor, where several new developments have been announced or constructed in recent years.

What’s Planned

Plans for the Fairfield Inn & Suites call for a 95-room hotel with a fitness center, complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi, along with the other standard amenities typically offered by the Fairfield brand.

The property is also expected to include an on-site boutique speakeasy and gastropub serving food and craft cocktails. The restaurant and bar component is planned to serve both hotel guests and the general public.

Where It Will Be Located

The hotel is part of Gateway Marketplace, located near the I-65 and State Road 32 interchange on Lebanon’s east side.

The area has become one of Lebanon’s primary commercial development corridors due in large part to its interstate access. The hotel site will be convenient to downtown Lebanon as well as employment and development areas east and north of the city.

Its location also provides relatively direct access to Indianapolis via I-65.

Part of Continued Development Along the I-65 Corridor

The addition of another hotel comes as development continues around Lebanon and the I-65 corridor.

Growth associated with new industrial projects, residential development and the LEAP Lebanon Innovation District is expected to increase the number of employees, contractors and other business travelers spending time in the area. New lodging projects are one piece of the commercial development occurring alongside that growth.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites was initially announced with an anticipated opening in late 2025. With that date having passed, the current opening timeline will need to be confirmed as construction and development progress.
